Insurance
In order to achieve the quality of care stated in our Mission Statement, there is a chance that we will be Out of Network with your insurance provider. The majority of offices who are in-network with most insurances - although cheaper - do not offer the same face to face quality of care that every patient deserves. Each appointment ranges from 30 mins to 1 hour which includes careful observation during exercises and/or manual (hands-on) therapy.
If you have insurance please fill out the insurance information form which will be sent to our billing department. They will be able to verify your benefits and tell you exactly what your responsibility will be per session.
*We do not accept medicare/medicaid, no fault or workers comp
We also offer competitive cash rates for those without health insurance coverage.
