This exercise is excellent for people who are on their feet all day. Whenever we are standing for a long time, our hip muscles and fatigue and you end up leaning on one side to use your leg as a “crutch” to put all of your weight on. Athletes also can benefit from this exercise because this challenges your stability and mobility all at the same time.


Everybody's anatomical make up is different. Some may find this exercise easy, others will find it highly challenging!
