Your shoulders are one of the most mobile joints in your body. It's held up by various soft tissues (labrum, ligaments, tendons and muscles) and they all work together to achieve the motion you're trying to achieve

A lot of people focus on building strength and flexibility in the the region (which isn't a bad thing). However, adding this drill can be a good warm up to allow for a more efficient workout!

This exercise is fairly easy to do and it also incorporates your core! Try this out and let us know how it feels!
